This morning there are technical issues on the official National Lottery website and many players are experiencing difficulties trying to by tickets for this evening’s coming Euromillions draw as well as the Saturday Lotto draws.
Site service restored at approximately 10:45am with a short outage at 12:40pm. Hopefully normal service is now restored. Users may need to clear their Temporary Internet Files and web history to access the site.

As soon as the National Lottery website is back up and running we will post an update here.

it wa down on the 26th as well
they removed a scratch card it was a 5 pound card that was on the site the 25th have there been issues with it ?
We haven’t heard anything here but it seems unlikely that would require taking down the whole of http://www.national-lottery.co.uk We tried getting through to the Camelot helplines for confirmation but as you might expect they are constantly busy.
I have been trying to access my online account for 2 days, it say service restored approx 10:45 am – tried to again to access 12:17 and it is still down wtf.
There aren’t any issues that we are aware of – we have tried logging into several of our own accounts with no problems. It is possible that you have an issue with your web browser cache. The recommended solution is usually to delete your Internet History including cookies and Temporary Internet Files.
Is it just me or is the website still down? I’ve tried clearing my Internet History including cookies and Temporary Internet Files etc.
Seems to be working now
